Statewide Turf Service Facility offers a 60-Day Limited Warranty on all serviced equipment. We stand behind the quality of our work and the equipment we sell.
What’s Covered
Our warranty protects all major components, including:
-Engine
-Hydraulics
-Pumps
-Rear end assemblies
-And other key “under the hood” systems
We also guarantee our workmanship. If any service performed by Statewide Turf does not meet agreed specifications—such as improper reel grinding or incorrect setup—we will correct the issue at no cost within 60 days of delivery.

STEP1) Contact Us: Reach out to Statewide Turf to report and verify the issue so we can quickly begin the warranty process.
STEP2) Diagnosis & Parts Support Once your claim is confirmed, we will provide the necessary replacement parts. Parts may be supplied directly by Statewide Turf or through a local distributor near you.
STEP3) Repair Completion Complete the repair with provided parts. If you are based in Florida and on-site repair is not possible, we will arrange pickup, service the equipment at our facility, and return it once completed. For customers outside Florida, we will coordinate repair through a local authorized distributor whenever possible.
Important Notes
-Warranty applies only to equipment sold and shipped within the continental United States
-International sales are not covered under this warranty
-Equipment outside the U.S. may still be serviced, but is not eligible for warranty coverage
